Hot Garlic Veggie Noodles

Instructions

Step 1
Heat cooking oil spray in a nonstick pan over medium heat. When hot, add veggie ground, breaking up with a spatula. Add garlic powder, paprika, turmeric and red chili flakes and cook until lightly seared and cooked through, 6-8 minutes.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix together chili garlic sauce, soy sauce and peanut butter until smooth. Portion into each container.
Step 3
Portion cooked veggie ground on top.
Step 4
Chop broccoli into small florets. Add to each portion.
Step 5
Finish by placing ramen noodles on top of each portion.
Step 6
When it’s time to eat, pour enough boiling water on top to cover the noodles. Cover with a lid and let sit for 5 minutes, or until noodles have softened. Give it a good stir to mix up all the seasonings and dig in!
