1 lbChinese egg noodles
or spaghetti cooked to package instructions, and drained
1chicken breast
large, thinly sliced
coleslaw mix

Instructions
Step 1
1. Combine the sauce ingredients and set aside.
Step 2
2. Prep the vegetables. Julienne the carrot, slice the onions and cabbage. Set aside.
Step 3
3. Cut the chicken into thin strips. Set aside.
Step 4
4. Heat a wok or pan over high heat. Add 2 Tbsp of oil and sear all of the vegetables for 2 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.
Step 5
5. Add the chicken pieces and cook until done. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.
Step 6
6. In the same pan add 2 more tablespoons of oil and add the cooked noodles. Pour in the sauce, and add the reserved vegetables, and chicken, then toss everything together over high heat until nicely browned (about 2 minutes.)
