Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Step 2
Mix coconut milk, red curry paste, sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, maple syrup, minced garlic, and ginger in a bowl.

Add chopped bok choy to a pan and place frozen dumplings on top.
Step 4
Pour sauce over the dumplings and bok choy.
Step 5
Bake for approximately 20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Step 6
Top with sesame seeds, green onions, and drizzle with chili oil before serving.
