Step 1
In a Dutch oven sauté onion in oil for 3 minutes.
Step 2
Add turkey cook until done. Add spices, garlic, and paste cook 1 minute. *Can substitute cardamom for 1 tsp ginger and 1/2 tsp mint leaves.
Step 3
Pour in one cup of broth and stir until paste is fully incorporated. Add the rest of the broth, beans, and tomatoes. Cook on medium low 30 to 40 minutes stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Top with your favorite toppings. Serve with Hawaiian rolls.
