Instructions

Step 1
1. Cook Rice: Prepare rice according to package directions and set aside. For hormone support, white jasmine rice is great in the Nurture Phase. 2. Make Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together coconut aminos, honey, vinegar, sesame oil (if using), and starch slurry. Set aside. 3. Cook Beef: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add beef in a single layer and sear 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from pan. 4. Cook Veggies: Add remaining oil, garlic, ginger, and broccoli (plus bell pepper if using). Stir-fry 3–4 minutes until veggies are tender but crisp. 5. Combine & Thicken: Return beef to pan. Pour sauce over everything and toss for 1–2 minutes until it thickens and coats the beef and broccoli. 6. Serve: Spoon over rice and garnish with sesame seeds and green onion.
