Instructions
Step 1
Put pasta in cold water and boil. Cook as per packet instructions.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 200°C, cut up vegetables and spray with oil.
Step 3
Put vegetables in a tray and put in the oven for 30-40 minutes or until cooked/browned.
Step 4
Once pasta and vegetables are cooked, put into a big serving bowl with rocket, artichokes, pesto and feta and toss.
