Mix dry ingredients first
Step 2
Add cubed beef to dry ingredients

Fry meat on high heat until brown
Step 4
Remove meat from skillet and set aside

Add onions and garlic to pan which the meat was fried in.

Cook until onions are soft

Add tomato puree to onions and garlic. Stir together

Mix beef stock cube with water then add to pot with onions.

Add cooked beef to pot and mix well together.

Cook ingredients for 1 hr 15 mins
Step 11
Clean and peel potatoes. Then cut into cubes.
Step 12
Add potatoes to stew and cook until potatoes are soft.
