Instructions

Step 1
Boil water for Dumplings. Once boiled, add in dumplings and Bok choy.
Step 2
Heat a pan to medium. Chop onion and add along with oil, garlic and ginger to pan. Cook until soft.
Step 3
Add Curry Paste and stir. Then add fish sauce, sugar, Coconut milk, chicken stock. After simmering for 5 mins, add lime juice and set aside.
Step 4
Serve the dumplings and bok choy in bowls. Pour over the soup. Then garnish with chili, spring onion, coriander and fried shallots.
