Instructions

Prep all ingredients
Step 2
Heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and sprinkles seasoning over top. Let brown undisturbed 3-5 minutes until the first side browns nicely. Stir to make sure all side browns, about 5 more minutes.
Step 3
Add diced veggies to the pot and stir to brown, about 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add tomato sauce and chicken broth to the pot and bring to a boil. Turn heat down and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Taste the sauce to decide how many chili arbol you want to add. Grab your chili's and break into pieces and add to the pot. Simmer for a final 10 minutes.
Step 6
Serve over rice and black beans, or just rice. Top with fresh cilantro and enjoy!
