Instructions

Step 1
In a jar or container, combine oats, PB2, chia seeds, and salt. Mix.
Step 2
Add milk, vanilla extract (if using), and brown sugar substitute. Stir well to combine.
Step 3
Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 6 hours).
Step 4
In the morning, stir again and add any desired toppings.
