Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Lightly coat cookie sheet with spray or use parchment paper.
Step 3
In a large bowl, mix banana/apple sauce, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla.

In a small bowl, combine oats, flour, cinnamon, and baking soda.

Stir oat mixture into the wet mixture until combined.
Step 6
Stir in chocolate chips or cranberries or other.
Step 7
Using a 1/4 cup measure, drop mounds of dough onto prepared sheet, flattening to about 1/2 inch thick.
Step 8
Bake 13-15 minutes or until browned.
Step 9
Can be frozen for up to 2 months.
