Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, garlic, honey, and soy sauce. Add the pork fillets, turning to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Drain well before reserving the marinade.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Heat a non-stick ovenproof frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, spray the pan with vegetable oil and add the pork.
Step 3
Cook, turning, for 4-5 minutes or until light golden. Transfer the pan to the oven. Cook for 8 minutes or until the pork is cooked through but still a little pink in the middle.
Step 4
Transfer to a plate and set aside, keeping warm. Add the reserved marinade to the pan, place on the stove, and bring to the simmering point. Cover and keep warm over low heat.
Step 5
Meanwhile, steam the bok choy and ginger for 7-8 minutes or until the bok choy is tender.
Step 6
Cut the pork into cm thick slices. Divide the bok choy and pork among plates, then spoon the reserved marinade over and serve.
