Step 1
grind 4 tomatoes,2 onions ,1 whole garlic ,7-10 dry chillies with salt to granlly paste .then temper it with curry leaves , mustard seeds and oil and boil it for 10 min.

Step 2
heat the dosa tava add well mixed batter thinly and wait for 30 sec and crack a egg and add a spoon of karam and wait till the dosa down side is crispy turn the dosa and cook . done add oil in between the cooking process to enhance taste
