Instructions

Step 1
1. in a large skillet, cook bacon to crispy; remove from pan, rough chop and set aside as a topping

in the same skillet, add olive oil and bring to temperature
Step 3
add garlic to golden brown
Step 4
add onions and a touch of salt to soft
Step 5
add bell pepper, leeks and a touch of salt to soft
Step 6
add mushroom and a touch of salt to soft
Step 7
add sausages and cook
Step 8
make a small open space in the middle of the pan; add a spoon of Pimenton Dulce and heat until fragrant for less than 1 minute
Step 9
add cooking cream and spice with pepper and salt to taste
Step 10
Prepare chopped chives and shredded cheese as topping
