Step 1
Heat oven to 180C, add potatoes for 20 mins with light spray of oil (1 tablespoon)
Step 2

Add carrots onions and tomatoes with a little extra oil cook for a further 10 mins
Step 3

Add salmon, lay slices of lemon on top of the salmon cook for 12 to 15 mins
Step 4

Add broccoli for last 7 mins of cooking
