Instructions
Step 1
Mix all dry ingredient (except the Flax seeds and the dates) and spices, mix well.
Step 2
Rince and tap dry the lentils, and add to the dry mix. Mix well.
Step 3
Poor in the maple syrup and olive oil, and mix well. Add the vanilla paste. And mix.
Step 4
Bake at 180 for 30 mins. Mix at 15mins and again when getting out of the oven. Let cool down a bit.
Step 5
Chopped very thinly the dates and sprinkle in the granola. Add the flaxseeds
Step 6
Store in jars.
Keep up to 4 weeks.
