Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, mix drained tuna with mayo or yogurt. Add optional mix-ins if using.
Step 2
Build sandwich: bread, tuna mixture, cheese slices, tomato, bread.
Step 3
Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Step 4
Place sandwich in skillet and cook 3-4 minutes per side, pressing gently with a spatula, until golden brown and cheese melts.
Step 5
Slice diagonally and serve hot.
