Monster cookies (the healthiest possible)

8 steps
Prep:1hCook:10min
Not only are these cookies esthetically appealing but they are not totally bad for you. With reduced sugar and hidden omegas, your kid will think they have stolen a cookie that they should have never had and in turn they might even focus better in school. Good luck, momma! Im so rooting for you! Ill be uploading my veggie cookies soon. (Posed as a fluffy and friendly chocolate chip)

Instructions

Step 1
Grab your favorite two mixing bowls. And more Importantly: Put a whole stick of butter in the Toaster over in an oven safe mini bowl or put a stick of butter in a mini bowl in the oven on 175° Its the thing that takes the longest...
Step 2
2 cups of all purpose flour in the bowl (Unbleached but the regular one will completely work) Throw in 1 tsp of baking soda and 1 tsp of baking powder right on top of the little hill of flour
Step 3
This is where it gets weird and it is only weird here. You get a whole tablespoon of that bright blue spirulina and mix it in the flour and baking agents. (Were just finalizing our dry ingredients)
Step 4
Now for the wet ingredients, (the butter may not be done yet. If not, the up the heat for it [you'll need the oven hot for your cookies to bake anyway. ] ) But go ahead and put one egg and sprinkle the entire top of the wet egg with ground flax seed. (Only the top and only sprinkling) *add one more tsp of blue spirulina. It unbelievably has no flavor. Mix that pretty well. Doesn't need to form peak or do anything at all:) Add some vanilla to this and 1/2 cup of white sugar (they sell the kind thats white but not bleached)
Step 5
We are now going to finish up our wet ingredients bowl- so we'll have all the bowl done and can move on with owning a nice cookie dough (and everyone wants cookie dough in their life) Add that entire stick of melted butter to the egg and the sugar mix. (Sugar is a wet ingredient in case you never knew that)
Step 6
After combining both bowls, it may be too dry pull out a chunk roll into a little 2 inch ball. In that case, add some more sugar or add some more water. (Don't add more than 3 tablespoons of water. ) If its too wet, add some flour. Up to 1/4 cup.
Step 7
Mini M and M's have red dye. Red dye is banned in most world countries but not the United States. Throw the red ones out. After you have made all the cookies you can with your dough, you will THEN add the m and ms and the peanut butter cups from sprouts or whole foods. Reces brand used hydrogenated oil and also sometimes have artificial ingredients. Did I just go nerdy on you? The only one irnecommend adding to the dough before you make the balls (but is not necessary is the white chocolate chips because they are not so asthetically appealing and it will guve a little.flavoyr boost every now and then to the inside of the cookie)
Step 8
350° for ten minutes. I always push my cookies down about 3/4th of the way through. It gives them that middle sunken look. But you may not need to do that.
