Instructions

Step 1
Blend onion, mince, yogurt, olive oil, and spices until smooth

Step 2
Divide mixture into portions. Lay between two sheets of parchment paper and roll into thin layers.
Step 3
Place rolls on a tray and bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes.
Step 4
Unroll the meat, slice, and serve with flatbread, toppings, and sauces.
