For the filling: minced meat (up to choice, here I used beef), mix it with 1/2tsp cumin, 1tbsp parsley, 1/2tsp garlic power, 1/2tsp pepper, 1/2tsp salt, and scallions (up to taste).

For the final product: Yogurt sauce: mix yogurt with garlic powder (up to taste) and parsley (up to taste). Butter tomato sauce: melt 50gr of butter in a pan, add 1tbsp of tomato paste, 1/2tsp of paprika powder and 1/2tsp chili flakes. Dumplings: cook for 6min (until meat is cooked) in water. Add everything in a bowl, starting with the yogurt, dumplings, spicy sauce, more yogurt, and some parsley to finish it. Voila!
