Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400
Step 2
Add onion to food processor and blitz until fine and drain all liquid
Step 3
Add remainder of ingredients and mix until mixture is sticky. About 5-6 minutes
Step 4
Divide into four and put each on individual parchment paper and spread to cover complete parchment. Fold into 1 1/4” and add to baking sheet. Do this four times
Step 5
Bake for 23 minutes
Step 6
Remove and unroll on baking sheet
Step 7
Serve with pita, Sumac red onions, hummus and/or tzatziki and tomatoes
