Instructions
Step 1
Spray a pan with cooking spray (no extra oil needed).
Step 2
Sear chicken thigh strips 3–4 minutes per side until browned.
Step 3
Remove from pan and set aside.
Step 4
In the same pan, add garlic, onion, mushrooms.
Step 5
Sauté 3 minutes.
Step 6
Add bean sprouts and cook 2 minutes until lightly wilted.
Step 7
Pour sauce over veggies.
Step 8
Add chicken back in.
Step 9
Toss everything together.
