Step 1
1. Sauté the onions.
2. Add the green peppers and jalapeños. 3. Add the garlic. 4. Pour in the crushed/smoked tomatoes and add 1/2 cup water. 5. Add the salt, sugar, pepper, onion powder, and parsley flakes.
6. Simmer for approximately 45 minutes.
