This a mouth coating egg drop soup that will make a sick day worth having!

Instructions

Step 1
Put 4 cups of chicken broth into a pot and turn it to high and wait for it to become a rolling boil. During the wait add 2 more cups of COLD chicken broth into a separate bowl along with the 4 ½ tbsp of corn starch. Mix till slurry is made.

Step 2
After completing the slurry add the seasonings into the chicken broth while heating. Add the salt, flavor enhancement, pepper, heavy whipping cream, soy sauce and ONLY 3 sesame seed oil DROPS.

Step 3
As the pot is at a rolling boil switch the heat to medium. At this point we're letting the corn starch Thiccen the soup alowing us to create the ribbon effect for the eggs. Speaking of eggs you now need those 6 eggs and a bowl to mix them in! But before mixing add a couple of seasons like onion powder, garlic powder, dried parsley, and the tomato bullion with chicken flavor.

Step 4
With the eggs seasoned and beaten bring the eggs to the pot and stir till quite thickened. Once thickened enough and back to medium heat temperature. Pore a steady stream of the egg mixture into the pot while slowly stirring to create the ribbon effect. But remember the broth has to be thickened enough for this part to work.
Step 5
As you sit there appreciating your work of art...Hopefully. you look back and see a single egg left. This egg you will have a separate pot to boil it into a soft boiled egg for a garnish once boiling for 6-7 mins immediately dunk into an ice bath to prevent furthercooking! Lastly finish with chopped green onions on top.
