Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a large frypan or pot over medium-high heat. Add onions and fry for 3-4 minutes or until golden.

2. Add capsicum, carrot and zucchini and cook for 5 minutes.

3. Then, add mince meat, breaking apart, and cook for another 5 minutes until brown.

4. Add salt, garlic powder, paprika and italian herbs and mix through. 5. Then, add passata and stock and stir through. Bring to a boil.
Step 5
6. Add pasta and stir through. Turn heat down to medium-low, cover, and cook for 10 minutes or until pasta is cooked.

7. Stir through parsley.
Step 7
8. Divide into four serves and store leftovers in the fridge. Top with 10 gms of parmesan cheese when ready to serve.
