Instructions
Step 1
Dice spam and add to already hot wok or deep skillet, no oil needed as spam produces it's own
Step 2
Brown spam to your liking and take out of the wok/pan
Step 3
Turn down to medium heat, add butter then garlic and cook the garlic until fragrant
Step 4
Add rice to the wok/pan and if needed a splash of water to help break up the rice
Step 5
Add dark soy/hoisen sauce and soy sauce and stir until blended, take a moment to taste test after adding the sauces to adjust flavor as desired
Step 6
Make a hole in the pan in the middle of the rice, add sesame oil, followed by the eggs
Step 7
Scramble cook the eggs and mix with the rice mixture
Step 8
Add frozen peas and carrots, about a 1/2 a cup
Step 9
Add your cooked Spam back to the wok/pan and combine to heat back up
Step 10
At this stage, complete another taste test as eggs and sesame oil have been added to make sure the flavor is to your liking
