Instructions

Step 1
Chop the chicken into slices Dice the bell pepper the onion and the chilli

add oil and add the chicken strips and fry over a medium heat until it’s cooked right through.

Mix the spices with the passata

Step 4
Pour half the mix in with the chicken and half the cheese with the vegetables

spoon the filling onto the middle of the tortillas, wrap them up and lay them folded side down onto a lightly greased baking dish.
Step 6
Pour the rest of the sauce over the enchiladas ans spread it around and top with the cheese

Bake it until the cheese is golden brown
