Ingredients

150gpotatoes
cold mashed
175gsalmon fillet
skinned and diced
3spring onions
chopped
1 tablespoonmayonnaise
50gparmesan cheese grated
50gpanko breadcrumbs
plain flour

Heat a little, in a frying pan and fry over a medium heat for about 8 minutes until lightly golden and cooked through, or you can place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and cook in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 Fan
Instructions
Step 1
Put all of the ingredients except the flour into a processor. Whiz until finely chopped. Put the mixture into a medium size star cutter and pat down to shape. Remove from the mould and coat in flour. Repeat with the remaining mixture. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry over a medium heat for about 8 minutes until lightly golden and cooked through, or you can place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and cook in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 Fan.
