Ingredients
4 servings
Rice
1 cupJasmine rice
1 ½ cupwater
¼ cupoil
½ cupgreen peas
¼ cupCoconut milk
1 TbspEpis
1 Tbspbutter
2 tspliquid Jhon Jhon
½ tspsoy sauce
½ tspGarlic Powder
½ tspdry thyme
½ tsponion powder
½ tspsalt
0.25Ground Cloves
¼ tspallspice
¼ tspBayleaf Powder
¼ tspCreole seasoning
¼ tspblack pepper
1Scotch Bonnet Pepper
cut in half, no seeds
1bouillon Cube
0.25 BundleCilantro

0.25 BundleGreen Onions

Instructions
Step 1
• Mix all of the dry ingredients together along with the Scotch Bonnet pepper(poke 2 holes in the pepper).
Step 2
• In 1 bowl, mix the liquids (except for the oil)
Step 3
• Stove off, add the butter, Epis, Better than Bouillon, Scotch Bonnet Pepper, Oil, and Peas, then put the stove on medium. Stir and wait for bubbles.
Step 4
• Add all of the dry ingredients, mix them.
Step 5
• High heat, Pour in the liquid ingredients.
Step 6
• After boil, pour in the rice.
Step 7
• When it starts to boil again, low heat, cover, wait 20 minutes.
Step 8
• Cool for 10 minutes.
Step 9
• Dice the Garnish. Mix in the Garnish.
Step 10
• Serve.
