Ingredients
6 servings
0.5zucchini
medium, chopped
1 caketofu
potato
medium, chopped
2멸치 디포리
coins, for broth
2garlic clove
minced
2 Tablespoonsdoenjang 된장
1Green onion
chopped optional
1 Tablespoongochugaru
Instructions
Step 1
3 cups water, coins, garlic and potatoes. Boil for five minutes.

Step 2
Add zucchini and boil for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Add doenjang. Use a small strainer to keep large pieces of the doenjang out while you mix it in.

Step 4
Add cubed tofu, and season with gochugaru. Boiled for about 5 more minutes.
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
