Instructions

Step 1
Press Sauté on Instant Pot and brown mince for 4–6 min, breaking it up (optional but improves flavour).
Step 2
Add onion and cook 1–2 min (or skip and use powders).
Step 3
Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper for 10 seconds.
Step 4
Add chopped tomatoes, passata, beans, and water/stock; stir well and scrape the bottom clean.
Step 5
Pressure Cook 10 min on High, then Natural Release 10 min, then quick release the rest.
Step 6
Stir, then Sauté 2–5 min to thicken if you want it thicker.
Step 7
Serve 1 portion with ¾ cup cooked rice (or potato) to land around ~50g carbs.
