Instructions
Step 1
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the kale and garlic cook for about 3 mins, add spinach and cook until tender, about 3 minutes. With tongs or a slotted spoon, transfer the greens to a colander and rinse under cold water. Wrap in a clean towel and squeeze out as much liquid as possible. Keep the water boiling.

Add pasta to water and boil according to box.

Meanwhile pulse almond flour, garlic, cheese, salt, and couple grinds of pepper. add greens and lemon juice and drizzle in olive oil process until combined. Don’t overload the blender just add water if needed.
Step 4
drain pasta, reserving 1/4 cup water keep in pot and add greens and beans. taste and add salt as needed. add pasta water if needed.
