Fry some basil leaves for garnish until crispy. Remove from pan
Stirfry garlic, onion & chillies until golden.
Stirfry chicken until brown.
Add fish sauce, aminos & sugar.
Add Green Beans and pepper & stirfry until cooked.
Deglaze pan with a little stock water.
Add basil
