Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl combine mashed potatoes, AP flour, semolina, eggs, 1 TBSP salt, 1 TBSP turmeric, 1 TBSP paprika, baking powder, and 2 TBSP melted butter and mix well.
Step 2
In a pan cook ground beef with onion powder, Worchestershire sauce, paprika, salt, pepper, and any other spices you would like.
Step 3
Let meat mixture cool slightly.
Step 4
Take a fist sized ball of the potato mixture and flaten it out in your hand.
Step 5
Add some of the ground beef misture and the shredded cheese and seal the poatoe mixture around the ground beef and cheese. Flatten slightly.
Step 6
Fry the potato meat pies ion butter and oil until brouwned on both sides and warmed through.
Step 7
Eat immediately.
