1lemon juiced
¼ cupparsley
chopped
3garlic cloves
minced
½ tablespoondried oregano
½ tablespoonpaprika
1 teaspoongarlic powder
1 teaspoononion powder
1 teaspoonsalt

1 tablespoonred wine vinegar
Cherry tomatoes

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Step 2
Arrange all veggies, potatoes and chicken on a large sheet pan.
Step 3
Mix together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, red wine vinegar, and seasonings.
Step 4
Pour the marinade over the ingredients on the sheet pan, toss to coat, and bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
Step 5
Top with tzatziki, fresh parsley, tomatoes, and crumbled feta to serve.
