Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400. In a large pot, heat up cream of chicken, milk, and cream cheese until warm. If mixture looks too thick, add a couple more splashes of milk.
Step 2
Add carrots and potatoes, let cook for about 5 minutes before adding in other veggies
Step 3
Add chicken and the rest of the vegetables. Season to your liking. I don’t add a ton of salt to this part because the biscuit mix has a lot of salt in it.
Step 4
When everything is warm, pour evenly into two 9x13 pans.
Step 5
Make biscuits using box mix directions with water and shredde cheese.
Step 6
Dollop mixture evenly across two pans. I usually try to put 12 in each pan and then go back and add more in the open spaces.
Step 7
Melt butter and add seasoning mix that comes in the box. Spoon butter mixture over each biscuit.
Step 8
Bake for 25-35 minutes or until biscuits are brownish.
