Instructions

Step 1
Cook spaghetti till al dente.
Step 2
While this is cooking, sautΓ© onion, when soft add garlic and gammon, fry for a few minutes.

Mix the eggs in a jug and add cheese.
Step 4
Take your pan off the heat. Add the spaghetti to the onions and gammon, straight from the pan, you need some juices to keep it saucy.
Step 5
After you've stirred your spaghetti in well, add the cheese and egg mix and stir in well. Add a little more spaghetti water if it seems to dry.
Step 6
Season to taste, add some fresh parsley if you want, and a little grated parmesan, when serving... enjoy πŸ˜‰
