Instructions
Step 1
In a shallow dish, mix the flour, 1 tsp garlic powder and the Italian seasoning.
Step 2
Season the chicken breast halves with salt and pepper and dredge in the flour mixture well
Step 3
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat; cook the chicken breasts 3-4 minutes per side until browned and cooked through, remove from pan and set aside.
Step 4
Add the onion and remaining 1 tsp of garlic powder to the pan and sauté for 3 - 4 minutes, until softened; add green beans and cook for another 3 minutes, until the beans have some color in them.
Step 5
Add the cream and cook until reduced by half, about 3 minutes (sauce should coat back of a spoon); Season with additional salt and pepper if desired. Drizzle over chicken
Step 6
Store in refrigerator 4 to 5 days or freeze for up to 1 month
