Step 1

In a pot, heat oil, add jeera, rai, and whole spices.
Step 2

Once the rai splitters, add chopped red onions and curry leaves.
Step 3

After onion turns translucent, add all the chopped veggies.
Step 4

Add salt, jeera powder, dhaniya powder, and garam masala
Step 5

In a mixie, grind grated coconut, green chillies, and ginger. Add the paste to the pot.
Step 6

Add ghee. Keep a lid on the pot till the vegetables cook fully.

Korma is ready
