Instructions
Step 1
Cook linguine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
Step 2
Skin sausages and make into bitesize balls.
Step 3
In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add meat balls and cook until cooked through, remove to plate then add chopped onion and sauté until soft.
Step 4
Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for another minute.
Step 5
Add the sausage pieces to the pan and cook until they are heated through.
Step 6
Stir in the Philadelphia cream cheese and Dijon mustard until well blended.
Step 7
Gradually add the chicken or vegetable broth to the pan, stirring continuously until you have a smooth creamy sauce.
Step 8
Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce in the pan. Toss until well coated.
Step 9
Sprinkle with dried parsley before serving.
