Instructions

Step 1
This recipe is all about the right timing. Start by steaming the parsnips and carrots. The parsnips will be ready sooner, so take them out after about 5 mins but leave the carrots in.
Step 2
Start baking the fish (15-20 mins).
Step 3
Take off the steamer with the veg and place the millet in the saucepan. Boil for 15 mins.
Step 4
Make the wine sauce at the same time as you start the millet. See separate recipe.
Step 5
Add the peas to the pan with the millet 3 minuts before the timer goes off.
