Ingredients

1 lblean ground turkey
1 Tbspolive oil
3carrots
sliced in circles
1zucchini
sliced into small pieces
1 Tbsponion infused olive oil
optional avoids actual onion
½ tspItalian seasoning
no chili flakes
¼ tspsalt
adjust to taste
¼ cuplow-sodium chicken broth
¼ cupunsweetened almond milk
or low-fat milk
1 Tbspcornstarch
optional, for thickness

Instructions
Step 1
Boil salt water for noodles
Step 2
1. Heat olive oil (and onion-infused oil if using) over medium-low heat.
Step 3
2. Add carrot and zucchini. Cook 5–7 minutes until very soft.
Step 4
3. Add ground turkey and salt. Break it up and cook until just done.
Step 5
4. Stir in Italian seasoning.
Step 6
5. Add chicken broth and let simmer 5 minutes.
Step 7
6. Stir in milk.
Step 8
• If you want it thicker, mix cornstarch with 1 tbsp cold water and stir in.
Step 9
7. Simmer another 5–10 minutes on low until creamy.
