CINNAMON APPLE PROTEIN SHAKE
Adding more protein to your day is as easy as one scoop!
1 scoop Vanilla Milkshake Pure Protein 100% Whey
1 small apple, cored and chopped
1 cup non-fat milk
1/4 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 ice cubes
Place all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth and enjoy!
Optional: Add chopped walnuts on top and sprinkle with cinnamon
