Instructions

Step 1
* Start with browning 1-lb of breakfast sausage.

* Add 1 packet of Taco seasoning-mix well
Step 3
* Combine 7 eggs and add 1/2 cup of Heavy whipping cream, salt and pepper to taste, beat it up really well.

*Spray your casserole dish

*Pour the cooked sausage to baking dish and spread evenly.

*Top with well drained 10 oz can of Roltel ( drained well, or it be soupy and not set up well ).

* Next pour your egg mixture on top.

* Lastly, add your shredded (Taco blend) cheese.

Bake at *375 for 35 minutes - let it set out for a couple of minutes.

*Top with sour cream and salsa
