Step 1
Add onion and Greek yoghurt, to mince.
Mix well
Step 2
Add all spices mixing well
Step 3
On baking sheet place mince and cover with second piece baking sheet.
Roll out until thin.
Remove top sheet.
Roll the bottom sheet.
Step 4
Place the rolls on an ovenproof dish.
Cook on 200c
- Oven 20 mins
- Air fryer 14 mins
Step 5
Once cooked remover and unravel.
Break doner into smaller pieces.
And serve with pitta bread.
