Instructions
Step 1
1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch. Mix well and add the sliced beef, marinating for at least 15 minutes.
Step 2
2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
Step 3
3. In the same skillet, add the chopped bok choy and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until tender but still crisp.
Step 4
4. Return the beef to the skillet with the bok choy and toss everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
5. Serve hot over cooked rice.
