Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°. Spray pan with cooking spray. Set aside.

In large mixing bowl whisk the eggs.
Step 3
Add applesauce, honey, oil, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk until well combined.
Step 4
Add flour and stir gently.
Step 5
Add apples and stir to combine.
Step 6
Pour batter to prepared pan.
Step 7
Bake for 60 to 70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
