Cover skillet allow potatoes to finish cooking thru Add 12 ml vegetable oil to allow a light amount of color to get on potatos Once potatos cooked thru completely Layer pepper jack cheese slices ontop of potatos peppers and beef the pour on parmesan cheese to top cover allow to melt and get slightly bubbly. Turn off heat once covered to insure no burning Serve at 250g per plate 550 calories a serving
