Instructions
Step 1
Mash avocados with minced garlic and juice of 1-2 lemon quarters. Add salt to taste.
Step 2
In another bowl, combine cucumbers and tomatoes with parsley.
Step 3
To tomatoes and cucumbers, add juice of 1/2 lemon, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt to taste.
Step 4
Toast bread. Spread 1/4 avocado mixture on each piece, the spoons tomato/cucumber mixture on top.
