Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Cook rice as directed on package.

In a large pan heat olive oil to medium. Add onion, garlic, oregano, cumin, red pepper flakes, beans, and tomatoes. Let simmer for 10 minutes.

Fold rice into onion mixture and carefully transfer into casserole dish.
